“Rooms are horribly maintained and just dirty. Same with the facilities. Definitely the worst I’ve ever stayed in especially for being “5 star” this is a 2 star resort. Website says king bed for superior rooms but they had 2 twin beds instead. After speaking with the front there is nothing they did to help the situation. Definitely won’t be coming back.”

“The infinity pool on the 10 floor is so nice but unfortunately the windows are very dirty you can hardly see the ocean on the other side. The service is friendly and the music is great and chilly but mostly the volume is too high. I would expect more attention to details from a five star hotel and for the price they charge.”
