“The infinity pool on the 10 floor is so nice but unfortunately the windows are very dirty you can hardly see the ocean on the other side. The service is friendly and the music is great and chilly but mostly the volume is too high. I would expect more attention to details from a five star hotel and for the price they charge.”

“Worst experience in Colombia! The hotel is absolutely no recommendation. 1. Rooms: I had to change rooms twice! The first one was completely full of mold. The second was so damp and dirty that even the water ran down the TV and the bed was totally clammy. 2. service staff: so unfriendly and not at all accommodating. Rarely experienced something like this in Colombia. 3. food: the food is okay, but not delicious. 4. The price performance is way below average! 5. The beach in front of the hotel is not nice. Not a Caribbean beach feeling! Definitely not for a nice vacation in Cartagena!”
