“This was a wonderful, beautiful, huge resort. We have had an amazing time. Great service all along throughout the whole stay. Very friendly and helpful employees. We had great service also on the beach, yummy cocktails and great service, even cold towels were offered. Employees always checked in with us even though we were not in the "crowded" area. If you can’t find something delicious to eat, or something fun to do, it’s your problem, because there are different kind of activities that you can do. The service is phenomenal, staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. It was great and it really is a place to stay. We will definitely return and can’t praise Rixos enough for wonderful memories.”

“Very clean, safe, and food was delicious, everything was amazing. Everywhere we went no matter where in the resort, there was always employees willing to help with anything. Every restaurant we’ve been to was very clean, had great service and the food specifically was amazing. We went to the restaurant Salt to eat seafood and our server Kareem did a great job looking after us. I have an allergy from eggs and he made sure nothing I ate included egg, that was a priority for him and we all appreciate that very much.”
