“I don’t know where to start. These are some of the amenities not available to the guests. For example, NO cable to watch TV, NO coffee makers in the room, NO lockers, and the hair dryer didn’t work. On top of this, the shower leaked in the Hall way and the faucet leaked all over the counter. I am so glad we took our toiletries because their provision is absolutely not enough. The Oxygen supplement station was out of order. The business center was out of service. Even the thermos to provide hot water for tea was “out of service”! There are 2 things we liked about this hotel. Enrique, works in the restaurant, always polite and courteous towards the guests. He is a very hardworking guy. Another front desk person we enjoyed talking to is Allen. He is also very helpful and gave us good info for the trip. I am not sure how Wyndham allows this particular property to be franchised.”
