This place is amazing. Amenities are very handy when it comes to entertainment while you're at the hotel. Sebastián and Ariana went above and beyond helping out with any questions I had; hands down best service I've received while staying in Lima. Miguel Andrés, Guillermo and María de los Ángeles at the bar were amazing as well. Rooms are sparkling clean. The single con I noticed was the elevated pricing for transport directly paying to the hotel, but if you're a tourist who doesn't manage the local tongue, it'll be worthy of paying if you don't wanna risk it with a taxi that's an outsider to the hotel at least to get yourself to the airport. I'll definitely be coming back here

I have loved staying here. The location is central to everything you'd want: groceries, Pharmacy, Money Exchange, restaurants, nightlife, 20min walk from the Ocean. The staff have all been so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!!

A good hotel, especially for the price! This location is divided between hostel rooms with shared bathrooms and private rooms with a private bath. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment (above Freshii) upon arriving in Lima, so I cannot speak for the other room types.The one bedroom apartments are spacious and clean, as well as equipped with a full kitchen. There's many ammenities, such as room service from their hotel restaurant- which has surprisingly good food for a hotel meal. Rooms also can be cleaned regularly, a major plus! They provide laundry service but it is expensive, you pay for the convenience.The location is great, the hotel is in the center of Miraflores very close to Kennedy Park. The area is kept clean and manicured by city employees, and there's a heavy security and police presence which was wonderful! Selina also employs private security, and at least one guard is always at the hotel. I felt VERY safe and secure the entire time I stayed here.The staff here are wonderful, most front desk agents are conversational in English so we never had any issues communicating which was great.Overall, I recommend this place 100%, especially for American tourists because there will not be a language barrier for them like so many other hotels.

It was great I only stayed for one day with my wife and we rented a apartment, honestly for less than 100 $ a night you get a full kitchen big bathroom nice and spacious living room and a huge bedroom. Customer service spoke English and they were really nice

Comfortable, affordable, safe and friendly. These accommodations have been a great second home in Lima while I have been here for a month. Highly recommend the Selina brand and this hotel is no different.

Péssima, não dão atenção aos hóspedes que não tenham menos de vinte e poucos anos. Ninguém mostra onde é a cozinha, pedimos quarto com ban6, lá chegando me deram um quarto muito bom, mas banheiro comunitárioé surreal! Ninguém sabe se você está lá ou não! Quando eu fui ver a sala de cinema,alguém bateu a porta na minha cara! Para americanos adolescente deve ser muito bom, porque eles são bem tratados, são paparicados! O resto não existe! Decepcionou!

Hotel acogedor y limpio. Una cocina estupenda,digna de la gran cocina Peruana. Con una terraza a la entrada,donde te permitían fumar si Heras fumador. En dicha terraza disfrutaba de un buenisimo Pisco sawer.Guardo estupendos recuerdos de este establecimiento. Con una atención,cordial y cercana. Ya fue mejor. Hoy día no tiene nada. Sin aire, sin WiFi en la habitación, sin caja de seguridad, sin guardarropa, sin servicio, sin una simples mesa en la habitación. Tuve que trabajar con mi Notebook en la cama. Solo la ubicación es buena

We were looking for a less expensive place to stay in Miraflores. A friend who lives in the Lima area suggested Condado. It was an excellent suggestion. On check in, I looked around and thought that this looks nice. Our room was very nice. Not super ultramodern, but really really nice. The concierge and lobby staff were great in suggesting where we might go for dinner. They said we would be safe as long as we were simply careful on the streets. (We did not have a single issue while we wandered around Miraflores). There was an excellent breakfast included. Great coffee which is not always easy to find in Lima. Eggs, bacon, sausage fruit toast jams. Perfect. Friendly servers. Everything is good at this hotel. Try it.

El hotel es cómodo, pero tiene mala acústica, se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones y de algunos bares que tienen música en vivo, considerando que estaba en el piso 7.La atención del personal es sobresaliente. Muy buena.

For the high charges they do not provide basic amenities like iron box, coffee maker. Mini fridge and most equipments in the gym did not work.
