Stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its position suited us well. Its far enough out of the centre to be relaxing and spacious, but close enough to walk in to the main square (about 30 mins leisurely walk) or get a taxi. Overall one might say that the hotel is a little bit tired for a full five stars but its still a very strong four. The room was very big and well appointed. I thought the fresh flowers in the room each day was a lovely touch. We had a huge 4 poster and a lovely sitting area overlooking the pool. The pool was good, and there were lots of beds - no problem finding somewhere to lie, and no need to bag your pitch at the crack of dawn. Theres a nice bar in the middle of the pool and somewhere to have a snack for lunch. Breakfast was a high point. If you can’t find something you like in this buffet I would be very surprised. There’s a good selection of hot food (don’t expect a full English though - this ain’t London) including local dishes, eggs and crepes. There’s also cold meats and fish, cheese, a huge selection of bread, fresh fruit, vegetables and juices and more. Other than breakfast it wasn’t our favoured eating spot. We had a couple of lunches by the pool which were okay and one buffet dinner. The dinner offered a huge selection of foods, well cooked and nicely presented but a little on the cool side. It felt a bit clinical so we tended to eat in town. The spa was very good, we had massages and a Hammam. The various saunas and steam rooms are lovely with a good selection of smells. The pool was a bit too cold though. The bar is lovely - very quiet and relaxed. We enjoyed the pianist and spent a couple of post dinner evenings playing cards and drinking wine. Whats not to love? Highly recommended and we would definitely come back

The hotel is very beautiful and worth a visit. All conditions are met. It is also located in a place close to everything. Also, the staff welcomes guests wonderfully. I recommend visiting the place because it is worth it. Description of the property Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Hotel is located in the heart of the luxurious Hivernage district, in an 8-hectare park, a 10-minute walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. The property offers an oriental spa and 4 restaurants and bars. The air-conditioned guest rooms are elegantly decorated and offer a balcony with views of the pool or the surrounding area. All rooms have a minibar, a TV and free Wi-Fi. . A buffet breakfast is served daily, and it can be enjoyed in the room upon request. Fine French and Moroccan cuisine is available in the 4 restaurants, and is prepared from local organic products. There is also a bar and nightclub, TheatrO. Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Hotel offers a tennis court and a fitness centre. The two on-site spa centers offer a sauna, hammam and massage treatments. Other facilities include an on-site shop and shuttle service upon request.

This review is for the spa experience only but we left with a little disappointment. We had the hammam treatment and while it’s listed as 45 mins it is essential a 15 minute soak and a ~10 minute scrub. I imagine if you add on massage the treatment is longer but for 650 MAD each, the hammam seemed very short. We wanted a luxurious experience so spent more than the local hammam but didn’t feel it was all that worth it. We were able to enjoy the thermal pools after but the water was quite cold. It was quite empty with only a few other patrons which was lovely! The changing rooms were well equipped. Service was fine though not exceptional. Might be worth it if you splurge for a longer treatment or full spa day!

Our trip was cancelled 2020 due to corona and we got a voucher from the hotel. When we tried to use it, the hotel reply calls or just interrupted the call. E-mails were ignored until the voucher got invalid, criminal techniques in my country. We even came to the hotel in person all the way from germany and they refused to let us talk to a manager. Here is no place to find the typical morroccan kindness. At least we lost over 1.300 Euros (14.000 MADS).

My feedback will be shared in two ways- Hotel itself- very old , no maintenance, no equipments - disappointing versus the picture posted mixing ES Saadi Palace with ES Saadi hotel. The below picture is room in the hotel not the Palace. Zero maintenance in the rooms. Staff are overall nice people helpful, so u feel welcomed. You can’t expect from the people to offer you a five star service in a hotel that is definitely 3 stars. Food and beverages ok to have. Renovation is a must plus maintenance. As this hotel reflects the old style of a Moroccan feel- so it should be well maintained.
