Nice hotel à beira do lago. Eles têm seu próprio cais que faz para uma boa oportunidade de fotografia também. Os quartos são confortáveis com comodidades adequadas. O chuveiro é um pouco incoerente com o controle de temperatura em tempos infelizmente - que é a minha única reclamação sobre o quarto. Café-da-manhã é bom com uma variedade de pratos quentes e continentais, sucos frescos e café e chá. A equipe é muito atenciosa e amigável. Teve jantar no restaurante, que foi muito caros, mas a comida foi bom (há melhor e mais barata opções da cidade embora).

Este hotel tem a melhor decoração de todos os hotéis às margens do lago da cidade de Puno, o uso de adobe, pedra, cactos, árvores nativas, madeira e raízes secas o tornam muito bonito, se ficar certifique-se de ter um quarto com vista para o lago, pois há um trecho inteiro que tem vista para o morro, que também é lindo mas o lago é a voz.

Este hotel tiene la mejor decoración de todos los hoteles a orillas de lago en la ciudad de Puno, el uso del adobe, la piedra, los cactus, arboles nativos, madera y raíces secas lo hacen muy lindo, si se hospedan asegúrense de tener una habitación con vista al lago, porque hay toda una sección que tiene vista alcerro, que también es preciosapero el lago es la voz.

Acogedor por la atención de su personal y por la ubicación del hotel que tiene una Bonita vista de lago Titikaka. El Restaurante "Alma" ofrece buena comida aunque los precios son altos. El desayuno incluido es bufete y muy completo.

I really enjoyed this property, they have good looking rooms, a great view of the city from across the bay, and a wonderful restaurant, it was, however quite cold and difficult to warm up the room. We had a wood burning fire place and struggled to keep it up and going. Please add centralized heat. Otherwise this is a great location for visiting lake Titicaca

Hotel right on Lake Titicaca shore with its own boat pier about 15 minutes out of Pino. Room is small but comfortable, but hot as they turn on the heater during the day. We had our own balcony which was nice. Bathroom was a bit dated, there was a heat lamp that timed out after ten minutes which could leave you in the dark unless the over mirror lights were also on. The shower control handle was loose and threatened to come off and the anti slip mat slid around alarmingly, you are better off not using it. Another quirk was the room main light which turned itself on at 5.15 am! Being out of town it is best to eat in the hotel. We chose the bar menu which offered very good light meals and is much cheaper than the restaurant which is, frankly, outrageously expensive for what is on offer. Breakfast buffet is limited but acceptable. There is some noise from other guests in the echoing wooden floored corridors and movement in the room above was audible.

We loved our stay here. View of the lake is amazing from the room. The hotel is very clean and has great ambience. I will recommend this to everyone. Wonderful staff.

Fantastic welcome at the door and the front desk. Great service all around. The rooms are very clean and the property is very will kept. The location is right in the lake work a very nice view and it's own pier. Will definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Casa Andina Premium in March 2019. The hotel is kind of hidden but beautiful view for Lake Titicaca, with a nice garden full of exotic flowers. The only complaint we had, that the hotel did not have adequate number of oxygen tank to accommodate the hotel guests when needed. My husband and our friend who was traveling with us, both of them had a very difficult time with the high altitude. When asked for oxygen they brought a tank which was empty, and when we asked for another they said there is no other tank, unless you go up to the reception desk and where a huge tank was located. The middle of the night my husband needed oxygen, and when finally they agreed to bring the tank they limited him for 10 minutes, saying that they have a large group who needs oxygen. So, on 12,500 feet a hotel should be better prepared to accommodate tourists who are arriving from much lower altitude, maybe even sea level. A discount to your hotel bill is not a right answer from a hotel manager. They should have full oxygen tanks in every hallway of the hotel, so if you need it you don't have to beg on the phone or take stairs up to the level where the only oxygen tank is located. I hope they address that problem for the sake of other future visitors.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles qué hay en el Peru por la calidad que ofrecen. La ubicación está a 14 min de la plaza pero lo vale ya que tiene una hermosa vista al lago Titicaca. Tiene un desayuno buffet variado resaltando el café Tunki y distintos tipos de queso de la zona. También los platos a la carta son de los mejores. Por otro lado, la atención del personal es la mejor que he podido percibir por parte de un hotel de la zona.

Nice hotel by the lake. They have their own pier which makes for a nice photo opportunity as well. The rooms are comfortable with adequate amenities. The shower is a bit inconsistent with temperature control at times unfortunately - that's my only complaint about the room. Breakfast is good with a selection of hot and continental foods, fresh juices and coffee & tea. Staff are quite accommodating and friendly. Had dinner at the restaurant as well, which was quite expensive but the food was good (there are better and cheaper options in town though).

Staff super friendly, yet profesional. Amenities and rooms great. Food great, bartender makes very good Pisco Sour. Views very tranquil. Not near shops so bring water a 10min taxi ride to main shops, but staff happy to call one for you.
