Adorei a estadia no Hotel de 16 a 23 de Agosto /2014. Hotel muito bonito, familiar, com um excelente serviço, empregados muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Muito agradável. recomendo

Bons quartos, um tudo incluído realmente efectivo, próximo das praias de papagayo (cerca de 15 minutos a pé da mais próxima). Existem diversos percursos pedestresque permitem apreciar as falésias e as enseadas. É um pouco afastado do centro, cerca de 30 minutos a pé. Existe autocarro gratuito várias vezes ao dia paraPlaya Dorada. A praia em frente ao hotel ( de las coloradas) tem pouca areia (escura) e muitos seixos. Também tem a sua beleza, mas preferi ir às praias Papagayo e Dorada.

Excelente hotel. Férias com a família, com um filho de 2 anos e 1/2, com óptimas condições para todos. Bons quartos, boa comida, pessoal muito simpático, muitas actividades (especialmente para o meu filhote) uma boa infraestrutura. Aconselho e muito este hotel.

Quarto excelente, camas muito confortáveis, WC com boas estruturas .. O secador não funcionava e no mesmo dia foi reparado. Comida é o ponto fraco do hotel, para nós Português que confeccionamos muito bem.... mas ninguém passa fome, há sempre qq coisa que se come bem... As piscinas são boas e existe uma para crianças e uma só para adultos. Bares agradáveis e a funcionar 24 horas com bebidas e comida. Existe um spa simpático e animação noturna... Recomendo...

Não fiquei fascinada com o Hotel. A sala do restaurante parece uma área de alimentação de um shopping, com divisórias e espaços para recolha de louça tal e qual como se vê nas áreas de alimentação dos shoppings. Nunca tinha visto nada assim num hotel. O chão muito sujo. O hotel é 90% frequentado por ingleses e a maioria deles sujam o chão com comida e bebida. Muita dificuldade dos funcionários em lidar com isto. Bebida e comida pelo chão fora, quer no restaurante quer no bar/grill de apoio às piscinas permanentemente. Comida pouco variada de dia para dia. A comida não é confeccionada na cozinha do hotel, excepto pizzas, massas e peixe ou carne grelhada. Comida pré cozinhada e sem qualidade. As bebidas são todas mecanizadas, ou seja, máquina de água no restaurante como se fosse uma sala de espera de um consultório, ao invés de servirem uma garrafa de água ou vinho na mesa. Bebidas alcoólicas de máquina de pressão,desde vinhos e cerveja, assim como sumos e refrigerantes. Nas zonas das piscinas verificamos mais espreguiçadeiras e hóspedes do que espacos. Tudo muito amontoado e sem privacidade. No hall dos elevadores e dos quartos tem máquinas de moeadas para tirar bebidas ou snacks. E estamos num resort de 4 estrelas, vejam bem... O hotel parece um hipermercado. O animador Alberto está mais preocupado com as mães do que com as crianças. Muito abusador logo no primeiro contacto. Parece que andamos na mesma escola. Agarrava hóspedes senhoras ou meninas e atirava-as para a piscina. Tive que lhe cortar a conversa. A mini disconão muda nada. Sempre as mesmas músicas e tudo em inglês. Esquecem-se das outras crianças espanholas e portuguesas. A limpeza do quarto é razoável mas nas zonas comuns dos quartos é má.Copos e bebidas dias e dias no mesmo sítio sem que ninguém recolha. Para ir para a Praia Dourada em Playa Blanca tem que ir de autocarro nos horários estipulados, o que é muito chato porque se estamos de férias não deveriamos andar com relógio na mão mas isso não dá para resolver. É a localização do hotel. Zonas comuns no interior do hotel muito abandonadas,parece um hotel fantasma em alguns espaços. Demasiadamente grande e nada acolhedor. Não voltarei para este hotel. A ilha tem bom clima, muito calor e um vento permanentemente mas agradável.Muito para visitar. Excursões um pouco caras. Água da praia muito agradável. Várias praias próximas embora com acessoscomplicados. Mini Clube e Parque infantil com mau aspecto, sujo e velho. Parque infantil muito pobre. O edifício a que chamam Teatro é um pavilhão com tecto em ferro e cadeiras de esplanada. Desconfortável e quente, sem ventilação. Animação nocturna "pobre", sem cultura ou classe,e com o intuito de facturarem dinheiro nas fotografias. Fotógrafos permanentemente, também nas piscinas, para sacarem dinheiro nas fotografias aos hóspedes e familiares. SPA muito pobre, sem glamour algum. Não tem piscina interior. As crianças tem que entrar nos jacuzis pois não dispõe de piscina interior. No geral, muita preocupação em vender produtos e nada mais. O pior hotel em que fiquei alojada até à data. Voltarei à ilha, já visitei o Hotel Princesa Yaiza mesmo em cima da praia e optarei por esse. Não me interessa quantidade mas sim qualidade, conforto, ambiente requintado. Hotel mal administrado.

Espectacular hotel en Lanzarote con todos lis servicios y comodidades para hacer tu estancia inmejorable. Recomendable el regimen de "todo incluido" y mas aun el "club Sandos"

Para empezar por causa del coronavirus tienen muy pocos servicios, creo que al hacer la reserva deberían advertirlo pues igual no merece la pena pagar por eso. Despues las medidas anticovid no me parecen las más adecuadas, por ejemplo el el restaurante que es de bufé libre cada cual se sirve su comida utilizando las pinzas y cazos todos los mismos, enlas cafeterías y zonas comunes se permiten juntarse a más de 10 personas.

Super bonito el hotel animación camareros.. En fin todo el personal estupendo. Volveríamos a la isla Oslo por ellos.

Aprovechad este agosto.Hay muy poco gente y merece la pena. El hotel para ti sólo prácticamente.La comida se puede mejorar, es poco variada.

Hemos estado una semana en Agosto, y todo perfecto. Poca gente alojada, y personal acorde a la gente que estábamos. Muy cuidado el tema de las medidas de seguridad del tema de Covid-19. Bonito detalle con mi hijo que cumplía años y le dejaron un regalo. Muy recomendable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel,staff are brilliant during these difficult times,everywhere was very clean always 2-3 pools to choose from plus jacuzzi buffet was adequate The kids that where there was kept busy with day time entertainment and Pedro holds a aqua gym class for the ladies all in all I was very pleased and wish to come back again

Fabulous hotel. Very clean very friendly and helpful staff. Food could be slightly better, more choice and abit hotter. Fabulous pools and pool bar with plenty of choice for drinks etc.

Fabulous and fantastic staff all round they really couldn’t do anything more. Rooms were lovely and clean. Food was fantastic and lots of choices for everyone. Sea view and lovely pools that are also very clean. It is a shame to go home

Me he enamorado de este sitio. La gente es súper simpática y amable, y aún que muchos piensen que es su trabajo, se nota que lo hacen con gusto y alegría. Las habitaciones impecables, el servicio de limpieza un 10. Las instalaciones inmejorables. Con el aparcamiento no hemos tenido problema ninguno de los 7 días que hemos estado. Volveremos!

Staying whilst coming out of lockdown . . . The management and staff have tried to open as many safe facilities as possible ... the Royal Elite Service would normally be great but a little disappointing at the moment because you still have to queue at bars (normally self service) despite the snack bar being self service so I dont understand why guests who have paid for this premium facility are not receiving the benefits. Generally the resort is very good.

Enjoyed our stay, large resort with polite staff. Good food and beautiful views. Rooms are nice, plenty of space in the pool area. Pleasant stay overall !

Love the place. Service definitely better then type of stars hotel. Bathrobes, sliders, room towels very handy and save space in your language, do not take them to this place. Restaurant food variable and nice quality. We do not eat in the town at all. Close to see front. Happy to be there.

Muy buen hotel. Excelente ubicación y amplias habitaciones. Personal y clientela educada. La opción Royal es genial para tener un poco más de exclusividad. La cocina bastante buena para ser de buffet y muy variada. Pongo cuatro estrellas porque siempre se puede mejorar. Por ejemplo hacer el cover de las habitaciones a las 17:00 es muy temprano. Seguramente volveremos. Nos trataron muy bien y disfrutamos mucho del hotel y la isla.

Vacaciones en familia en un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Personal muy amable, lo mejor del todo incluido es la comida....con un italiano, un mejicano y un oriental espectaculares. Muy bien situado en primera línea de playa y zona tranquila. Los espectáculos y la animación un 10, todos muy cercanos, amables y educados ( incluido el subdirector ). Muy profesionales....100% recomendable...

This hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was very good and there was a vast selection to choose from. The views were stunning at sunset. It's an hour walk to the main town centre. The pool tables were not very good considering you have to pay to play. Not enough light and on the tables we played on, there were either not enough balls or too many. One of my main concerns was the lack of wifi. Also they give you a blue material band for all inclusive which would be much better as an all in one for room key and level of customer, but made of rubber or plastic instead.

Lovely all inclusive hotel in Playa Blanca. Very clean and modern. Food was great, probably the best all inclusive I've been to although not a big selection of different restaurants that you can eat in.The Cava is a delight! The hotel was very quiet at night, and the entertainment was not great, so maybe head into Playa Blanca a couple times. The views from the resort are great and it has 3 or 4 outdoor pools. Staff are very friendly. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Another fantastic holidayThis is our third visit to the hotel. We were impressed that the high standards have been maintained and, in fact, improved.We were impressed by the updated Royal Elite lounge. A dark and sleepy room has been redecorated with concealed LED lighting and comfortable chairs.Food standards are high and you cannot fault the staff. They are always welcoming and friendly.We only have a couple of minor annoyances to mention:1. There is a lack of shade around the pools. It would be nice to have a bit more shade for those who want it.2. The coffee machines only serve milk that is sugared. As a diabetic, this meant I had to drink black coffee which I don't enjoy.We have had a wonderful holiday once again and are returning home totally relaxed.

We visited in a party of 7, returning last weekend. Everything about this place is outstanding. We used the Royal Elite options, and these were stunning. The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing. The staff are brilliant, nothing is ever too much of an issue. Special mentions to Miguel, Rosa, Jose and the assistant manager who looked after our little girl after an incident, top top service. Will definitely re visit in the future.

Had a week at this lovely apartment / hotel. We booked the upgraded Royal Elite package with a sea view and was not disappointed. Everything has been first class. Plenty of sunbeds, a choice of places to soak up the sun and several pools. The food has been excellent and the room lovely with comfortable beds and a lot of extras included. Probably the best place we have had a holiday. Our only regret is that we didn't book for 2 weeks 🌞.

Weather not brilliant on arrival, but cleared up. Room plenty big enough for 3 of us, although had to ask for an extra chair on the balcony and an extra quilt (not needed as a cover but to make sure sofa bed was comfy).The hotel itself is spacious and doesn't feel crowded. Food is a bit of a let down, not as much choice as some places I've been to, but plenty of salad and fresh fruit. It's about a mile walk to the Marina, and probably another mile to the town itself. Taxis are plentiful and cost us €4.40 to come back here from the town
