“I have a hard time believing that Sheraton would let this hotel use their name. The hotel is under construction and it doesn't say that anywhere on the website. We paid $553.00 for a 2 night stay. It was about 400. Too much. The room was not clean. The furniture was all banged up and didn't close properly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The duvet was stained and torn. No coffee pot or ice bucket. No cups or glasses of any kind. No clock or clock radio. No curtain. There was a pull down shade... it was torn. The hot breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broke. The pool needed cleaned. The grounds needed cleaned.”
