I really enjoyed our stay. From Anderson at the front desk at checkin to the amazing andaz suite to the room service breakfast. Everything went smoothly. The 08 rooms are right across from the elevator however you don’t hear any noise in the bedroom. The suite was huge and furnished very minimalist. Tons of closet space. I think I only had one small issue. I called down and asked for a second snack of chips so we could each have some. I was told I would have to speak to a manager. Then about ten minutes later more chips and chocolate arrived at the door without having to talk to a manager. The breakfast were right on time as ordered and were very good. Valet for car was 20 minutes as promised. We would stay here again

Our absolute favorite place to stay in New York City! Beautiful rooms, clean and functional lobby, and a great restaurant. Hotel is in a great location- right across from the library and Bryant Park, super close to Grand Central Station, and very walkable to many other tourist attractions!

Amazing high end hotel needless to mentioned. Staff during the day amazing no issues. When it comes to late night staff they tried to be cordial and attentive. However, I placed a meal order to be delivered via an app since kitchen was closed and my order got dropped off at the lobby where sat for an hour. I called the receptionist and asked if my meal was dropped off an over ago and the answer was very sparky yes and you can come down and get it. I did as instructed and even waived at him on signs of hello to the person looking at me for a few seconds and looking back at his computer screen. Besides that incident everything else was great.

After living in NYC 10 years it was weird to be back as a tourist, but the Andaz was a great place to do it! The rooms were beautiful and the staff was so hospitable and friendly. Great location right near almost every train line - easy to get all over the city. We also got breakfast every day via the globalist program and it was SO good - wish we had a chance to try the other meals at the restaurant! Wine happy hour daily in the lobby was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything from the customer service to the room were fantastic. I really wanted to give it a 5, but there were a few things with the room. I stayed in the Wellness Suite and I was expecting it to be a little cleaner for being one of the newest suites in Andaz. There were stains on the carpet & curtains, as well as burn marks in the carpet. Small things like doors not being able to line up & close properly, light fixtures not working/flickering, and this last one is a nit pick but I would love it if they added another Bose system for the living area. Only one Bose in the bedroom is a little difficult to hear if you are hanging out in the living area. Otherwise, the wellness suite is a fantastic suite option for the price I think. You get wonderful sweeping views of the Library and the surrounding skyline. The automatic shades are perfect for bed time or if you just want a little more privacy. The automatic toilet is hilarious but honestly great and I chuckled every time I walked in and saw it flip up and start cleaning itself. The toilet is actually amazing though with the heated seat and bidet - 10/10. The bathroom in general is just awesome. It has a fantastic dark design with a soaking tub that can easily fit two people, a walk in shower with a rainfall head AND a second shower head to give you two different angles of attack when getting clean. I didn't even realize this until I was checking out but there are in fact doors to the toilet/shower area that you can close for privacy when using the toilet. Overall I think the Andaz Wellness Suite is a fantastic option for the price in an extremely convenient location being only a ~5-10 minute walk from Grand Central. The front desk attendants are extremely friendly and willing to accommodate you which is always appreciated. I didn't get a chance to go down to the bar or restaurant but room service was great and quick as well. With a little TLC and some dedicated time spent deep cleaning the room, I do think this could be a true 5 star experience in a '4 star' hotel. This is the first hotel I have actually been excited to stay at again and I am looking forward to my next stay.

From the moment Isaac greeted us and was able to get us checked in early (in an upgraded room as well!) to the day we departed, we had an amazing stay. One evening we wanted to reheat some take-home from a restaurant visit. A staffer actually brought a microwave to our room! The free happy hour daily from 5-6 pm. was just perfect to get each evening started. I can't say enough about the friendly staff at this hotel. We have been to many Hyatts but Andaz is among the best!!!!

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. Stayed here thu-sun. Very attentive to detail, welcoming staff, rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Will definitely be back!

Great hotel located in the heart of midtown. Everything’s great! The andaz splash suite is so large; if there’s a deal it’s even more wonderful. Sanitizers everywhere. During the pandemic they still provide housekeeping, and the staff called us to confirm the time for daily cleaning (guests needed to be away in order for cleaning staff to work safely).

First off, hospitality was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Our room was beautiful, I loved how it was decorated. We got a room with a balcony and it was amazing! oh, and the fact that they have snacks and free waters in the lobby is a huge bonus!

Realmente gosto deste hotel - mesmo agora vou ficar aqui pela terceira vez este ano MAS Um ponto complicado: - devido a Covid, eu acho. Cada coisa é descartável - copos de papel para café, água, vinho! tigelas de papel, talheres de madeira finos - Em particular, não são tão funcionais !! essas pausas durante cada refeição. Mesmo comendo iogurte ! Tenho certeza que algo melhor pode ser feito .. ou parece um dormitório de colagem comendo Raman)

Really Like this hotel - even right now im staying here 3rd time thisyear BUT One tricky point: - due to Covid I guess . Everything is disposable only -paper cups for coffee , water , wine! paper bowls, thin wooden cutlery - In particular,is so not functional !! these breaks duringeach meal . Even while eating yogurt ! I’m sure something better can be done.. or it just feels collage dormeating Raman)

We just had an outstanding stay at the Andaz on 5th this weekend. I booked the Empire Terrace Suite for our wedding anniversary and what a treat that was! The view from the wrap around terrace is stunning especially at night. It has to be one of the best views from a hotel room in NYC. Aside from the room & great location, the entire staff at the Andaz was wonderful during our stay. They made everyone in our group feel safe during our visit, there was not a single thing to be disappointed about (other than a limited food menu) and any small issue we had was quickly addressed. I'd highly recommend a stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

Housekeeping disposed our items, upon reporting the issue and receiving assurance that the matter will be dealt with, there was no follow up within the stated time frame. We had to send multiple chasers over the next 3 months. When we finally received a reply, the insurance representative insulted us by saying that our item has no value and even insinuated that our items are counterfeits. It has been a year and still no resolution nor service recovery!

Fique aqui para o fim de semana da Páscoa, e realmente aproveitar a experiência. O lobby é diferente do outro hotel, não tem balcão, então criou uma sensação de relaxamento. A localização é super conveniente ea cama é super super confortável! Teve duas ótimas noites de sono! Também tem uma surpresa no quarto - chocolate cobertura de morango! Doce! Se você estiver viajar para NYC, recomendo este hotel para a sua estadia!

Stay here for Easter weekend, and really enjoy the experience. The lobby is different than other hotel, doesn’t really have counter so created a more close relaxing feeling. The location is super convenient and the bed is super super comfortable! Had two great night sleep! Also got a in room surprise - chocolate cover strawberry! Sweet! If you are travel to NYC, highly recommend this hotel for your stay!
